Tamlyn Brooke Shusterman spent a decade performing on Broadway, holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan and MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University (thesis on how to parent a teen with talent) and is a Co-Producer of the Tony Award Winning Musical THE OUTSIDERS and London production of THE HUNGER GAMES ONSTAGE. As the founder of College Bound Audition Prep, Tamlyn has turned her industry expertise into a thriving career guiding students into top programs such as YALE, UCLA, University of Michigan, NYU, Carnegie Mellon, Penn State, Boston Conservatory Elon, USC, Northwestern, Syracuse, Oberlin, Berklee and many more.

Amy Dolan Fletcher
Amy has spent more than two decades as a theatre educator, producer, director, and college professor committed to guiding young performers along their artistic journeys. A professional performer since the age of seven, Amy brings extensive experience Having performed on Broadway, the West End, television, and more. She blends this artistic foundation with exceptional organizational, administrative, and mentorship skills to support students and families through the complex landscape of musical theatre college admissions.
Amy’s performance career and deep industry insight give her a rare perspective on what top-tier programs value. She helps students make strategic choices that showcase their unique strengths and reflect their authentic artistic voice. Her students have gone on to attend highly competitive BFA programs and appear on Broadway, national tours, and acclaimed regional theatre stages. Amy earned her degree Magna Cum Laude from Fordham University and holds a Master’s Degree in Theatre Education.
